Privacy Policy

What we collect, where it comes from, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Who we are

Narium Industrial Technologies, Inc. ("Narium," "we," "us") provides managed IT and ERP services to industrial wholesale distributors. We work remotely and serve businesses across the United States.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, where it comes from, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at narium.io, our sales outreach by email and LinkedIn, and any time you get in touch with us.

Our services and our outreach are for businesses. Almost everyone we deal with is doing so in their work role, and this policy is written with that in mind.

What we collect

When you visit narium.io

  • Technical information. Like every website, ours receives your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you ask for, the page that sent you, and the date and time. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes this to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your general location (worked out from your IP address). See "Cookies and analytics" below.

When you contact us through the website

Our contact form asks for your name, your company (optional), your email address, and your message. When you send the form, we receive your submission by email, and we also record it in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, GoHighLevel. That record holds your name, company, email address, and message, so we can reply and keep track of our conversation with you.

When you take our online readiness assessment

Our assessment, the Distributor AI Readiness Index at narium.io/readiness-index, asks for your name, company, work email, and role, plus your answers to the assessment questions. Your results show a readiness level.

When you submit it, we store your details, your answers, and your result in GoHighLevel, and we send a notification with the same information to Narium by email. We also record any campaign or source parameters in the link you used to reach the page (such as UTM tags), and how long the assessment took you. The page keeps those link parameters in your browser for the current session, so they are not lost if you reload the page. When you complete the assessment, the page sends an event to Google Analytics to record that it was completed. That event does not include your name, email address, or answers.

When you book a call with us

When you book a call, we receive the time you choose and the details you enter when you book, such as your name, email address and phone number. We may also keep notes from the call.

When we reach out to you as a business contact

If we think we can help your company, we may contact you by email or LinkedIn. To do that, we use business contact information such as:

  • your name and job title
  • your company and its details, such as industry, size, location, and the business systems it runs
  • your business email address
  • your LinkedIn profile

We also keep a record of our outreach and how you responded, such as whether an email was delivered, whether you replied, unsubscribed, or asked us to stop, and whether the email bounced.

When you email or talk with us

We keep the messages you send us and notes from our conversations, so we can follow up properly.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not send it to us.

Where we get it

  • From you, when you fill in a form, take the assessment, book a call, email us, or talk with us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and analytics on narium.io and our hosting provider's logs.
  • From business data providers. We use Apollo.io and Clay to find and research business contacts at companies we think we can help.
  • From LinkedIn. We use public professional profiles and our founders' own LinkedIn networks.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and hold the calls you book.
  • To reach out to people at companies we think we can help, by email and LinkedIn.
  • To deliver your assessment results and follow up on them.
  • To manage our business relationships in our CRM, including keeping a list of people who have asked us not to contact them.
  • To understand how people use narium.io and make it better.
  • To keep our website and systems secure and to filter out spam.
  • To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Marketing emails and how to opt out

You can stop our emails at any time, in any of these ways:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Reply to any of our emails and tell us to stop.
  • Email us at info@narium.io.

If you reply asking us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, we will stop contacting you.

Our outreach emails may come from addresses on narium.io or on an outreach domain such as gonarium.com.

If you are a Narium client, unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop messages about the services we provide to you.

We honor opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.

Cookies and analytics

narium.io uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser so it can tell visits apart and count how people use the site. Our own website code does not set any other cookies. Our fonts are served from our own site, not loaded from a third party.

We do not use advertising pixels or tracking for targeted advertising on narium.io.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can also install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google's explanation.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, narium.io does not currently change its behavior based on browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. How long that is depends on the kind of information and why we have it. For example, we keep records of conversations with customers and prospects longer than information about people we contacted who never replied. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record of that request (such as your email address) so we can keep honoring it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. We work with established service providers, and we limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

narium.io and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information. These can include the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or certain profiling. Many of these laws do not cover information about people acting in a business role, and some apply only to businesses of a certain size.

Whether or not a law requires it, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@narium.io. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for making one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also point them out on this page.
